Right now ;) I don't think there is a best age to marry. Marriage is a decision that's easy on the kids and gets harder as you go up the hill of life, or so I think. So, if you are planning to get married do it as early in your life as you can so that you have enough time to try, regret and eventually get a divorce. If you have kids in mind, the earlier will be better too to avoid the huge age gap. No one wants a 50 yrs old parent to drive him to his 1st day in school.
